By using the SOG Youth Fest application and attending the event, you agree to the Terms & Conditions below.

1) Orders & Payment

  • Payments must be made via manual bank transfer to the official committee account.
  • Participants are required to upload proof of transfer in the application.
  • Tickets become active only after payment proof is verified by the admin team.
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless the event is officially cancelled.

2) Tickets & Registration

  • Each registration code/QR is valid for one participant only.
  • Tickets are valid only for the specified date, time, and venue.

  • On event day, participants must scan their QR code at the registration desk.
  • Tickets are valid only for the specified date and venue.
  • Transfers of tickets/codes are not permitted without prior approval from the committee.

3) Event Changes & Force Majeure

The organizers may change the schedule, lineup, or venue if necessary. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), announcements will be made via the website and/or email.

4) Participant Responsibilities

  • Follow event rules and instructions from the committee and venue staff.
  • Misuse of tickets/QR codes may result in denied entry without refund.
  • Bring valid identification if requested for verification purposes.

5) Code of Conduct & Safety

  • Harassment, disruptive, or unsafe behavior is not tolerated.
  • The committee may remove any person violating rules to protect attendee safety.
  • Prohibited items must not be brought into the venue; bag checks may apply.

6) Media & Publicity

The event may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you consent to the use of your image/likeness in event documentation and promotional materials.

7) Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organizers are not liable for personal losses, injuries, or damages arising from circumstances outside reasonable control. Keep personal belongings secure at all times.

8) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as needed. Material changes will be communicated via the app or website. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision.
